By selecting to accept our terms and conditions and booking policy, you confirm that you have read and agree to all the provisions outlined of the Prepaid Reservation Form we sent you. You acknowledge that you are authorized to sign for the credit card you provided on the contract and that all information you provide in this contract is true, correct, and complete.

Harbour-Travel , LLC is a privately-owned company that provides hotel reservation and booking services to you and/or your business. Upon signing this contract, Harbour-Travel , LLC commences work on your behalf by negotiating, arranging, and confirming your reservations. You authorize Harbour-Travel , LLC to process the full amount or 25% deposit and the remaining amount to be paid 14 days prior to the check-in date using the credit card provided upon signing the contract.

If there are any changes to your reservation resulting in a new balance due, it will be charged 14 days prior to the check-in date, or upon a separate written agreement signed by Harbour-Travel , LLC, whichever occurs first. Failure to collect the balance after the payment deadline date may result in reservation cancellations, and cancellation fees will apply. Harbour-Travel , LLC will make every effort to contact you before the payment deadline date.

You authorize Harbour-Travel , LLC to charge the credit card you listed on the contract form as many times as needed to satisfy any balance due. Please note that Total Trip Planners, LLC does not collect taxes for remittance to applicable taxing authorities, except as provided below with respect to tax obligations on the amounts we retain for our services.

The tax recovery charges on prepaid hotel transactions are a recovery of the estimated taxes (e.g., sales and use, occupancy, room tax, excise tax, value-added tax, etc.) that Harbour-Travel , LLC pays to the hotel supplier for taxes due on the hotel’s rental rate for the room. The hotel suppliers’ invoice Harbour-Travel , LLC for certain charges, including tax amounts. The hotel suppliers are responsible for remitting applicable taxes to the applicable taxing jurisdictions. Harbour-Travel , LLC does not act as a co-vendor with the supplier with whom we book or reserve our customer’s travel arrangements.

Please note that taxability and the appropriate tax rate vary greatly by location. The actual tax amounts paid by Harbour-Travel , LLC to the hotel suppliers may vary from the tax recovery charge amounts, depending upon the rates, taxability, etc. in effect at the time of the actual use of the hotel by our customers.
